I have been using their services for my mother who lives alone. A bunch of very helpful people who are prompt and efficient.
End of December 2020 we suddenly faced with a challenging situation with my mother-in-law being diagnosed with a serious medical condition. Initial few days (till my wife, Sanghita could reach Kolkata), we were immensely supported by our close relatives.
However, we realised that while we can get their support, we would require a more permanent solution to take of my Mother-in-Law going forward, since we stay out of India.
This led us to Snehador (through my good friend Bobby Bhaumik). While our initial thoughts were doubtful of their services, Kaushiky and her team (special shout out for Jit Sarkar) almost immediately made themselves indispensable for us.
Whether it was getting a G.P for urgent home visit or arranging for an ambulance immediately in an emergency situation, to being physically present with my wife at the hospital to support her, Snehador has become an integral part of our life over last 1 & half year!
Going a mile farther than helping with only medical related issues, they have been supporting even with other documentation & insurance related activities - which at these times are much sorted after.
Sanghita & me have been noticing their empathy towards my mother-in-law & towards us as well their professionalism with the most essential human touch, their approachability from day 1 - building up our trust & confidence that Snehador, well helmed by Kaushiky, Suteshna and their highly capable team (with Jit) will take good care of us (yes, it’s more like taking care of us) as they promised!
